Replacement Handle for Excalibur Hole Punch

THIS IS THE HANDLE ONLY – NOT THE ENTIRE PUNCH AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE. The Excalibur Hole Punch is designed to punch 15–20 sheets at a time. Exceeding this number can put too much pressure on the punch handle, resulting in torn or ragged holes instead of clean, aligned ones. There is no warranty on punches due to misuse, such as attempting to punch through pennies or overloading the paper throat.

Guidelines for proper use:

• Punch only 10–15 sheets at a time
• Post a sign over the punch with usage instructions
• Empty the paper waste tray under the punch daily, or remove it to allow debris to fall on the table
• High stacks of paper can cause ragged edges and misaligned holes due to paper fluxing under pressure
• Failure to keep the tray emptied may break the wood base holding it in place

Note: Only 2 handles have been replaced out of the last 200 punches. Reinforce proper usage and display care instructions to students to avoid damage.
